How do you enter the Prize Draw?
- Visit the website and choose the prize draw you wish to join.
- Select the number of entries you would like.
- Log in to your Account or create one if you’re a new playe
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions and complete your purchase.
You’ll receive an email confirming your entry.
Alternatively, you can enter by post using our free entry route. Full details can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
Where do I find my confirmation of purchase and ticket numbers?
Once you’ve completed your purchase, we’ll send you a confirmation email containing your entry details and allocated entry number(s). This usually arrives within 10 to 15 minutes, although it may take a little longer during particularly busy periods.
You can also view your entries at any time by logging into your Account.
Where can I see my tickets?
Simply log in to your Account and select My Entries. Here you’ll find all of the Prize Draws you’ve entered, together with your allocated entry numbers.
How will I know if I've won?
We’ll contact winners using the telephone number and/or email address registered on their Account. Please ensure your contact details remain up to date until the Prize Draw has been completed. If we’re unable to contact a winner within the period set out in our Terms and Conditions, an alternative winner may be selected.
Where can I see details of winners
You can visit our Winners page to see previous winners and, where available, photographs and stories from their winning experiences.
Selected Prize Draws may also have recordings of the live draw available to watch.
How long does the Prize run?
Each Prize Draw displays its opening date, closing date and draw date on the relevant Prize Draw page.
Unless otherwise stated, closing dates will not normally be extended. If exceptional circumstances require a draw to be delayed, we’ll keep players updated through our website and social media channels.
Some Prize Draws may close earlier than advertised if the maximum number of entries has been reached.
Who can enter?
Unless otherwise stated, Prize Draws are open to individuals aged 18 or over who are eligible to enter under our Terms and Conditions.

How do you use my data?
We only use your personal data to administer your Account, manage Prize Draws, fulfil prizes and provide the services you’ve requested.
Where you’ve given your consent, we may also send you information about future Prize Draws, offers and promotions.

How is the winner decided?
Every valid entry is allocated a unique entry number.
Once a Prize Draw closes, the winning entry is selected using our published draw process as set out in our Terms and Conditions.
Where applicable, draws may be broadcast live to provide additional transparency.
What if the Prize Draw doesn't sell out?
Unless otherwise stated, every Prize Draw is guaranteed to have a winner.
If a Prize Draw has a published closing date, the draw will proceed as planned regardless of the number of entries sold.
Some Prize Draws may close earlier than advertised if they reach their maximum number of entries.
